Cpl. Johnathon Halstead, a satellite communications operator with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit Command Element, untangles cables to headphone microphones for C-130 pilots at a Rapid Ground Refueling point established by Marine Aerial Refueling Transport Squadron 252 at Blackstone Army Air Field, near Fort Pickett, Va., April 28, 2007. Halstead was attached to the aircraft crew for the duration of the 22nd MEU’s Realistic Urban Terrain training exercise. The aircraft crew came to refuel humvees and Light Armored Vehicles from Light Armored Reconnaissance Platoon, Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit.
