Lance Cpl. Josiah Kepley, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense specialist and native of Vinita, Okla., rappels to a casualty during rope-rescue training at the Center for National Response in Gallagher, W.V., May 22, 2013.
