Vice President Dick Cheney addresses a crowd of Marines and Sailors from Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 8 and Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group during a welcome home rally aboard USS Wasp July 7, 2006. The 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and Nassau Strike Group, which made up ESG-8, returned from deployment in May.
