Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead dons an LPU-41 flotation device in preparation to board an MV-22B Osprey from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 263 (Reinforced), 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, after a visit to Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Aug. 22, 2009. Roughead visited the Marines and sailors of the 22nd MEU who are conducting sustainment training ashore in Kuwait while serving as the theater reserve force for U.S. Central Command.
