Navy Petty Officer Second Class Megan M. Saxton, a hospital corpsman with II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group and Canton, Ohio, native, teaches several Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, about an Automated External Defibrillator during a basic lifesaving class aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Sept. 23, 2010. The defibrillator is used to help patients who are in cardiac arrest or respiratory arrest. Several Marines with the unit learned basic skills to assist in real life situations.
