The USS Bataan (LHD 5) “Gator” mascot high-fives Marines from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit during a 5K fun-run on Bataan’s flight deck June 26, 2009. Marines and Sailors from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit and USS Bataan came together for a day of food, fun and games to build comradery during a scheduled deployment.
