A Bangladeshi soldier unloads boxes of medical supplies from a Marine CH-53E Sea Stallion helicopter from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) Nov. 26, 2007. The supplies, from a World Health Organization medical kit, were delivered to Patuakhali, Bangladesh, along with US military medical personnel and a load of food and water.
